Process
How repatriation works, step by step
From the first phone call to the final handover, one coordinator manages the whole case. Here is exactly what happens at each stage.
Call or message us
Available 24/7. Tell us the city, country and situation — we explain the process right away.
We check insurance first
If there was a travel (VZR) or corporate policy, we contact the insurer before any payment is requested from you.
Local partner takes over
Collection from the morgue, initial preparation, and the permit to release the body.
Documents & legalisation
Death certificate, sanitary permit, sealing act, translations, apostille or consular legalisation depending on the country.
Packaging
Zinc-sealed liner, non-zinc liner, or transport crate — chosen per the destination country and carrier requirements.
Transport is booked
Hearse for road routes, cargo flight (AWB) for air, or baggage wagon where rail is available.
Reception in Belarus
Airport or border crossing, unsealing on request, and coordination with the receiving family.
Delivery
To the morgue, a funeral home, or directly to the place of farewell.
